Lider De Jovenes (Youth Leader)

De acuerdo a la Biblia, ?como debe ser un lider de jovenes conforme al corazon de Dios? Cada capitulo se enfoca en un distintivo de un lider de jovenes que agrada a Dios, con respuestas y lecciones que son complementarias y tienen puntos que se superponen. Eso es intencional. La idea es que las doce marcas juntas den una imagen biblica --un rompecabezas que se va formando al ir leyendo-- de lo que Dios quiere que seas como lider para la salvacion de los perdidos, la edificacion de Su iglesia y la gloria de Su nombre. ?Con contribuciones de pastores y lideres de jovenes como Josue Barrios, Pepe Mendoza, Jairo Namnun, Moises Gomez, Karina Evaristo y otros, quienes aportan su experiencia y enfocan biblicamente el liderazgo juvenil en la iglesia. According to the Bible, how do we answer the question of what a youth leader is like after God?s own heart? Each chapter focuses on a mark of a God-pleasing youth leader, and the answers and lessons in all of them are complementary and have points of overlap. That is intentional. The idea is that the twelve marks together give you a biblical picture--a puzzle you piece together as you read--of what God wants us to be as leaders for the salvation of the lost, the building up of His church, and the glory of His name.
