The cyclical journey between dark and light is one that survivors know well. SURVIVE examines this journey, the fight for one’s life with a focus on internal healing, unlearning damaging patterns, practising self-compassion, and transcending trauma. The author writes from her own experience as a young woman surviving sexual abuse, neglect, addiction, and self-harm.
