Franz Adam Beyerlein (born 22 March 1871 in Meissen; died 27 February 1949 in Leipzig) was a German lawyer and writer. After a few highly regarded prose works with anti-militaristic tendencies published before 1914, he was nevertheless also successful during the period of National Socialism with several novels or novellas, including a Field Post Edition . In Beyerlein’s native town of Meissen, Franz-Adam-Beyerlein-Platz is named after him.
