Love to Let Go is the second in a series of books describing the six practices parents need to undertake to effectively launch their young adult. It is about unconditional love. The first practice described in Can You Speak Millennial ese is about understanding your young adult. Both practices are foundational to being the best parent you can be in helping your young adult successfully move toward behavioral and emotional independence. Subsequent books will address the other four practices essential to launching one’s young adult: apology, forgiveness, supportive integrity, and letting go.
