Imagine discovering that the mirror you were viewing yourself through for most of your life was severely warped. That the actions and choices you made were unjustifiable. Intolerable, to your loved ones and to God. Such were my own choices. I drank and smoked pot excessively. I spent extravagant sums of money on helicopters, exotic cars and the production of indie film projects simply because, with access to significant funds, I could. Incapable of restraining my carnality, I was an overbearing husband, an ill-tempered father and a consumer of porn.Yet despite my blind and arrogant ways, the constant drip of a supernatural truth serum- administered in the form of a series of inexplicable, miraculous events-has awoken me bit by bit: I escaped unscathed from an uncontrollable fire and from calamitous Bobcat and helicopter accidents to the utter disbelief of those who witnessed. My wife, who had tried for over a decade to conceive, became pregnant following intense prayer and the laying on of hands. The inoperable brain tumor of a girl in our local community became operable after I prayed for her, compelled to do so by a supernatural voice.How to Piss Off God is not a conventional book. Rather, it lays bare in stark, real-world detail and raw writing my own journey from the icy grips of pride and ego to the discovery of compassion, unity and the effects of God’s love. Once the spiritual optics were put in place, my understanding from another dimension came into focus. What was once acceptable by my own standards was forced into a paradigm shift of an unsuspecting magnitude.
