Craving to escape the dark captivity inside herself, Mercy searches for reasons to go on. At this point, not even her beloved sister, Remedy, or best friend, Dane, can release her from the swarming depths within. One night, Dane gives Mercy a gift from his recently deceased father. It reveals her mysterious bloodline through an ancient legend.

Guided by her instinctual connection to it, she quests after the legend’s mystical armor, hoping it will reverse all her pain. However, Mercy soon discovers that the low flying creatures from the region beyond Kagawa, have other plans for her soul.
