As humans we develop a unique personality from our early childhood to adulthood that defines our character. This personality is defined by behaviors and patterns, as well as biological and environmental factors, to name a few. We tend to either alter or transform into different personas that we feel matches our physical setting, the different people (i.e. friends, family) we associate with or even our title and position at a company.After sitting in what I call my Cubicle Coffin, I observed and analyzed many personalities /personas people tend to transform into and haveassigned a character that captures their characteristics. In doing so I was able to not only identify them but also lessen their impact.After reading this survival guide you will not only be able to spot who is who but also be able to acquire the same tools needed to survive.
