The Xristos Factor: Tip of the Spear Men’s Mentoring Program

The Xristos Factor is a systematic and comprehensive approach to mentoring lay people from ten to twenty weeks, by developing significant and measurable increases in ten key areas within their life as Christian disciples. This tool has been developed as a curriculum for churches that desire to experience tangible and measurable spiritual growth within their leadership, over a relatively short, yet intense period of time. The Tip of the Spear is a masculine, military reference to an armed force’s first wave of attack.
