The Hannibal Paradigm: A Ross Siegal Thriller

Our hero Ross Siegel returns, now semi-retired and living a secluded life on a remote island. After narrowly escaping execution by terrorists in Rats, Siegel is pulled back into the game when his girlfriend, who believes Ross was murdered, is suddenly kidnapped. Super Spy Tom Danielson reappears to help his old friend solve the missing girlfriend mystery, and their only clue is that the villain, dubbed by the duo as Deep Pockets, is willing to spend an enormous sum to accomplish his scheme.
