After suffering a nearly soul-destroying loss during World War II, Normand Laub spent the rest of his life endeavoring to find peace. He returned to the places where he suffered during the war, finding the most significant sites nearly untouched since those long-ago days. There he found a measure of redemption from his sorrows.
