Dented Armor

Reid Whitney is a bastard, mongrel warrior living in early 20th century rural Texas. In defense of the target of a pair of cruel bullies he is forced into a fight. He escapes Texas to New England to an unfamiliar family and climate. He soon joins the Army, the 26th Division, The Yankee Division, the first unit to arrive in war ravaged France. He becomes a night fighter along with other unique misfits in his company. Upon discharge he makes the acquaintance of Cora, a lonely and alluring lady. Once again, he finds himself in battle and forced to leave Boston…and Cora. His journey back to Texas is fraught with danger and adventure making new friends in his saga. The blood feud trail ends in a blaze but lights the way to a new path.
