The Luck of the Draw

Set in the Rocky Mountain West in 1960, this is an adventure of romance and rodeo, buddy road trips, and man vs. beast. It follows Scooter Henry and two college rodeo teammates during a semester and spring rodeo season as they weave the demands of course work with competition. Scooter’s ultimate goal is to use college rodeo as a springboard to the pro ranks. Just when he thinks he has everything in his course work, competition, and life in general organized toward this goal, a woman enters the picture. And then another. Things get complicated.
