While working at their first rescue facility the owner is arrested for embezzling charity funds. Leaving both ladies to scramble to find new safe havens for the horses. They brought in every favor they needed repaid, eventually finding an organization to fund the new rescue. Debbie and Kate were yin and yang to keep a solid balance while operating the rescue.
