What’s inside the book? http: //www.sashascully.com Artist Sasha Scully started creating her artwork as a way to release feelings as a form of art therapy to help her deal with lingering emotions from life events. She has used many different mediums to express herself one of which is oil painting. After allowing her subconscious to take over, she would draw for hours, intuitively knowing what every shape and placement meant. But it was only when she started coloring the images that their narratives came to life, helping her to discover feelings she didn’t even know she had.
Although the designs were originally meant for her eyes only, once others saw them refined and vibrantly colored, they saw them as a piece of art they wanted to buy. Both her original colored ones along with ones to color for themselves and with their families. So Sasha decided that if her work was beneficial to her friends and their families, why not offer it to a wider audience?
Through the fifty works offered in this book, you can create a connection to Sasha by coloring part of her journey in life and making it your own. It’s all about being in the moment. Allow your senses to be stimulated and become mesmerized by the various images and the stories they tell.
