As a Doctor of Physiotherapy and an avid adventurist, I combined a book to maximize potential through postural mechanics and take you around the world as a motivator to strive to be the best YOU you can be! I thrive on healing ailments to help get my patients back in action. Instead of just rehabilitating the current injury, though, I strive to minimize the occurrence of another. I also strive to enhance performance, even beyond pre-injury level. In Japan, ceramic shards are pieced together with gold, highlighting beauty in the strength of being rebuilt. When healing, I use this metaphor to showcase potentials that may have remained unearthed had no injury occurred, highlighting what can be learned as a result of undergoing rehabilitation. This book is not your average "health book" in that it is meant to inspire truly living and adventuring and being able to do so as your strongest "you!" My book will take you on a colorful adventure around the world as it depicts postural importance across many activities. I have included several colorful travel photos mixed into photos and descriptions highlighting better ways to perform activities and self-help strategies that can be effective and readily implemented into your day, wherever you are! The photos are meant to give inspiration to get out there and explore, and to do so with strong mechanics! This book is conversational as it showcases the differences between less than adequate postures and those that can help you reach potential to perform activities with more strength and less strain. I hope this book will not only get you back in action and stay in action, but to get you motivated to perform whatever activities set your soul ablaze!
