Time becomes a whimsical goose (because it can fly!) who then defies the language the goose is trapped in. The goose humorously answers these questions about time through puns and playful illustrations, making the common subject of time into something thought-provoking, accessible, and fun.

For example, to portray Time To Go, our goose is hanging out of a Chinese restaurant To Go box. In A Head of Time, all we see is our goose’s head popping out from behind a wall, in line with two potted plants. Toward the end of the book, the reader is given the opportunity to continue with self-created images in the Space for Time Continuing pages.
