In the aftermath of the i SKUAD’s exciting first assignment from the Canadian Intelligence Services (CIS), a secret and dangerous shape-changing formula has leaked into the Toronto water supply. The villainous Gold Dust Corporation (GDC) uses the formula in a plot to manipulate the Canadian banking system to pump up GDC’s share price by impersonating the head of the Canadian Central Bank.
