Climate Change with a Twist… England. Fifty years from now. As massive flooding caused by global warming creates chaos, there’s another threat: millions of mobile wind turbines - ‘turbs’ as they’re called - are disobeying instructions from their control computers… breaking the tethers connecting them to the power grid… howling with a piercing whine… vibrating with low frequency infrasound… slicing up birds, animals - and people… But why? What’s the secret of the ‘deviation factor’? Have the turb computers been hacked by terrorists?
