E-PS - Thinking Anew

Peter Kinane

E-PS - Thinking Anew "Effectuationism - Philosophy System" (E-PS): A paradigm shift.

In my late teens, awareness arose of a possible logic-leap in the Western formulation of the nature of things and the issue persisted. Twenty five years later, a new system, E-PS, emerged:

Premises are determinants of concepts, and premises and concepts comprise a system. Different premises, different concepts, different systems.

Indefinite- -dynamic 'forces' determine indefinite- -dynamic effects. Effects are never precisely replicated, because 'forces' are indefinite- -varying.

Such indefinite- -dynamic 'forces' interact multi-facetedly. Effects are multifaceted, such as in a collision.

These premises- -principles seem coherent and true-to-life!

That is Mother Nature determination.

Ancient Athenians, prior to the death of Socrates, 399BCE, were vaguely aware of the importance of premises in Philosophy.

I surmise: Awareness was lost when Plato founded the Academy. High intellect exertion was substituted by pressurized memory development. Focus was on a causation theory concepts such as Plato's non-flux or static, perfect essence, ideal forms/Forms, etc.

Focus was on Father Supernatural causation.

Alas, that logic-leap causation theory still does not cohere with Mother Nature 'forces', and still is not true-to-life.

Father Supernatural causation alienates Mother Nature.

Mother Nature is rising again ... to determine!
