The Storm Fairy

Once upon a time…

A little girl named Erin lived with her family in a tiny village where everybody always did the best they could to make everything they needed. Life was good in the village except when storms blew through.

On stormy nights villagers shut up their homes and huddled around their fireplaces telling stories about the terrible Storm Fairy. Everyone hid from her, so she wouldn’t come inside and bring her storms with her.

Erin was a curious girl and decided she wanted to meet the Storm Fairy to find out why she brought such wild storms. What she discovered was a magical and creative friend.

But storms are difficult things whether you’re a little girl or a fairy.

This is a fairy tale about living with mental illness and finding ways to love and build a world that includes everybody.
