The surreal world of restaurant culture is not a place for the faint of heart. Characters of every type live peculiar lives behind the scenes of any good eatery. In a world filled with an ever growing variety of dining establishments, the subtle nuances of the beings that animate these places become increasingly diverse. And while individual reasons for working in the industry may vary drastically, the progression of the associated culture is as natural as the cause and effect that surrounds any human endeavour.
