Jemma is a rainforest fairy, and Nat, a firefly, is her best friend. Tonight at the spring festival, Nat will see other fireflies for the first time. Jemma is worried that Nat will decide to return to his own kind.

She hatches a clever plan: to keep Nat away from the fireflies by taking him on a rainforest adventure to Mushroom Gully. As well as the wondrous spectacle of Mushroom Gully, along the way they encounter an array of rainforest creatures.
