The recipes in this cookbook have been adapted from others and I would like to thank everyone who has contributed by providing their recipes to help me and now other people. You can adapt the recipes to suit people who have Fructose Malabsorption, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Lactose Intolerance, Gluten Intolerance, Diabetes, Dairy Free, Vegan, Vegetarian or just plain recipes by using the ingredients that you know well and love to cook with. These recipes are my recipes for adding flavourings and seasonings to the meat and sauces that I now have in my diet for my medical issues. You can now make them your own with a little more changing of the ingredients that suit you plus a lot of imagination on your part. I am not qualified in any part of the medical or nutritional professions so please listen to your own health professionals and your own body.
