Half a Chance: A survival story from the seedy side of Sydney in the 70’s

We all come to crossroads in our lives where a step in one direction or another can dictate the rest of our time on the planet. It can happen just once for some, or like Stephen and his son Terry, it can happen often and each time they make a choice they are half a chance to make the right one. If it is wrong then the next choice even though it may be fuelled by alcohol or drugs may be a little more complex, and so it goes, life unfolds and we take what we get. Half a Chance is just one such story of a family influenced by everything that was Australia from the 1950’s through to the 1970’s. The good and the bad, the ecstatic highs and the dreadful lows, to survive all this is their challenge as life goes on.
