After Chip and Skip’s last adventure made things tricky at home, they decide to leave the magic glasses alone for a while. But the glasses have a different plan and before they know it the time-travelling siblings are sent back to 1966 where they meet an old friend, make a new one and face off against a couple of kidnappers who want to stop England winning the football World Cup.
