Outside In

Teddy’s new world seems perfect. The refugees of Undercity have better housing, room for everyone, clean, running water, and more. But skeptical Caden’s not so sure all is rosy. Food is scarce and something or someone is making noise in the sealed tunnels leading to the Upperlords. Teddy’s determined to find out if the Upperlords are still a threat to their safety. As he makes his way back with the help of Caden’s best friend, Cate, Deb has gone missing. Caden fears the worst as she, Jolon, and Henri search for her. Has their little sister risked everyone’s safety and wandered outside?
