Publishers Accepting Children’s Picture Books

So you've written the perfect picture book but how do you get it published. The benchmark of success in most author's eyes is to be published by a traditional publishing house Like Scholastic, Penguin Random House, Hachette, Allen & Unwin, or Pan Macmillan, and while being published by one of them would be the Holy Grail, there are many wonderful publishing houses available.
