Paul Tomas got David Foster to commit to a weekly comic strip back in August 2013, and persisted that David complete a strip each week at the Oakville OASIS Drawing Bee so that Paul could ink it, and kept at David to get it coloured and finished. The story is what it is, and is open to a sequel to be completed in a year of One’s determination.
