A GAY DEATH LOVE STORY

All Fay has ever known in life is death. She and the creatures she lives with are all harbingers of death, but when a global pandemic catches everyone by surprise, the harbingers are furloughed and try to figure out what life is like outside of work.

At the urging of her talking cat Heck, Fay finds

herself playing tour guide to her longtime friend, Jane, a death witch from

Austin. As they explore the sleeping city of New Orleans together, their

friendship flourishes and boundaries blur. They find more than they bargained

for when a faery creature goes missing and they realize that not everything in

the city is asleep.

Fay and Jane spend a few days in Austin to take

care of some witchy things, and to let the dust settle, in case they

accidentally stumbled on something more sinister than a flighty faery.

As things seems to settle in New Orleans, Jane

goes missing, and Fay must look for help from an unlikely source to get her

back. If she’s not careful, Fay will lose everything she never knew she had, or

wanted.

Something smells fishy in New Orleans and it’s not

just Bourbon Street.
