Tyler’s TALL Tales ‘CHASING The MOON’ is the first children’s book of the series Tyler’s TALL Tales. Original story written by author Ashley Richer and illustrated by Ryan Maguire. The story is about a boy and pet bassett hound who go on a nighttime adventure to catch the moon. The story takes place in Narragansett, RI! The author, Ashley Richer, has been writing for 10 years and is excited to work on the next adventure of Tyler’s Tall Tales! She earned a degree in elementary/special education, and has been working with children for fifteen years. Ashley decided to pursue publishing after surviving a rare medical condition that put life into perspective. She hopes to inspire others to follow their true passion and believes that everyone is capable of overcoming obstacles, big or small. The story takes place in Narragansett, RI, where both author and illustrator are residents. South County natives will enjoy the local setting throughout the book, while visitors will have the perfect gift to remember their trip to Rhode Island. The illustrator, Ryan Maguire, is the founder of MADink, Rhode Island’s original Illustration & Design Studio. Ryan developed the characters and illustrated Chasing The Moon!
