The Strangler’s Knot

Retired LAPD Homicide Detective Nicky Cavaleri moves to Bend, Oregon, to investigate an unsolved serial killer case from the era of his childhood. When word gets out about what he and his partner, rookie detective Kelly Caldwell, are doing, the local press receives a taunting letter from the possible killer. As the investigation moves forward, a chance discovery by Caldwell turns the case on its’ head, forcing the two detectives to probe deeply into past secrets that will expose them both to the risk of death.
