A Crimson Grace

Samuel Locke lives on the tip of Galveston Island on the Texas Gulf Coast. He is an attorney, but prefers to spend his time building custom barbecue grills and fishing. Mary Elizabeth Kincaid comes to see him. She has helped rescue teenager Mina from human traffickers who forced her into the sex trade. Now, Mary Elizabeth wants to save Mina’s sister from the same fate and she needs Sam’s help. He does not want to become some kind of crusader and is reluctant to join in what he considers Mary Elizabeth’s hopeless cause. But, he cannot ignore the tentacles of evil that have reached into his idyllic world and he cannot ignore the fundamental goodness of Mary Elizabeth. He comes up with a plan that puts everyone around him at risk from an unknown and vicious assailant.
