Flowers of Diagnosis-New and Selected Poems

This poet takes us on the journey to rediscovered awareness and the morality of the physical self in her collection, Flowers of Diagnosis. The poems, arranged in reverse chronological order, as if mimicking the dramatic irony of Greek tragedy, begins at the present and steps back in time, decade by decade. Through immersion in the physical self, a passion of several languages, Walls reminds us through the music of poetry that seeds of higher human consciousness are inherent in the human heart. Nurtured by experience, refl ection, and the experimentation in language that approximates the languageless subconscious mind does mature wisdom emerge.
