The Runaway

Tom Jeffries, South Florida PI, rescues thirteen-year-old Samantha Ren e Williams from two thugs who are threatening to introduce her to womanhood the hard way. However, rescue is only the beginning because she refuses to tell him where and whom she is running from. After arranging for her to stay with a friend, Tom launches an investigation to discover her background.
