Life is full of challenges. Because of sin in the Garden of Eden, we became fallen men with fallen natures. Because of this fallen nature, we error and find ourselves faced with many adversities. Mental health experts tell us that people need spiritual values in order to be truly happy. Matthew 5:3 says, Happy are those conscious of their spiritual need, since the kingdom of the heavens belongs to them. God makes it possible for us to live a happy and meaningful life. Many solutions to our problems are found in the Word of God.
