We may use quick fixes, prescriptions and even prayer to temporarily handle our stressful lives.How would our health be, if we seek only peace and harmony? How would our health be, if we only have duties we can manage?How would our health be, if we live within our means?How would our health be, if we seek happiness within? When we are at peace, we make healthy decisions.When we are stressed or fearful, we have decreased ability to think both positively and practically.I recommend finding inner peace first. I suggest finding a place and time, a person and/or method of returning to a state of peace, love and gratitude. In our natural state of inner peace, our resources, guidance, clarity, vision, direction and focus are all available. We can be healthy in all ways, mentally, physically and spiritually.
