The Carolina Coup: Another Rwandan Genocide?

Haunted by France’s inaction during the 1994 Rwandan holocaust, an expatriate soldier rebuilds his life in the States, but finds himself entangled in Rwandan affairs when a CIA agent steals secret NSA data that expose a plot to restore Hutu-Power rule in that country. Statistician Jeannine Ryan breaks the plotters’ code and discovers their plans. Survivors and perpetrators of the holocaust are drawn back into its horrors as Jeannine and a CIA friend evade both the FBI and the conspirators while rushing to stop another genocide.
