I always wanted to be open about my surgery, but I felt as if I had to hide it, especially from church people. As the stigma against cosmetic surgery changes, more and more people are having procedures–1.7 million cosmetic surgeries in the U.S. in 2015 alone–but a lot of people are still keeping quiet about it.
