Spike The Tugboat

Spike the Tugboat is a fantastically illustrated story based on a real life marine conservation project. An actual tugboat, known as the Spike, was prepared and intentionally sunk in the ocean to create marine habitat. The effort was a huge success, and the Spike has become an underwater oasis teaming with marine life. In this book the story of the project is brought to life and told by the tugboat himself.
