Grimm Family of Sheboygan and Taylor Counties, Wisconsin follows the descendants of this family from the arrival of Henry Ludwig Grimm on American soil in 1848. He was escaping the political and social strife of Germany. America, the land of opportunity, promised a better life for his young family. They originally settled in Wisconsin but later generations spread and settled in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Minnesota, and Michigan, as well as Wisconsin. Over 100 photos and documents are included along with headstones, census entries, and marriage records. A 38-page bibliography cites the sources used to complete the work.
