His experiences with clients from Europe, Asia, Africa and North America gives him a deep understanding of how to work across cultures. He teaches "Negotiation Theory & Practice" at Canadian Mennonite University/University of Winnipeg. He authored the book, "Sustaining High Growth For Long Term Success" and he understands the mindset needed to respond to rapid change.
