Lance Howard is a young maverick entrepreneur from San Jose, California that tries to leverage his success in software development to the real estate business by purchasing land and building a soccer stadium in the Washington DC area. In order to pull the deal together, a business associate introduces Lance to Monica Salazar, an attractive seasoned real estate veteran. Monica is a bold power player in the DC real estate market and the only one with the political connections, finesse, and assertiveness to make this deal happen. Sexual tension escalates as the two work together. However, Monica has a cryptic past with one of Lance’s investors that make things complicated. As Lance travels around the world pitching his multi-billion dollar proposal, he finds himself out of his league on a few occasions. From Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to Rome, Italy, Lance has bigger challenges with his joint venture as his three-billionaire investors have their own agendas in a tangled web of power, deception, and betrayal.
