The tumultuous yet passionate love story between Anna and Jerry creates emotional tension and the reader roots for their reunion. Grab some tissues for this heart-pounding, pulse-racing, fast-paced novel! The love between Anna and Jerry is the kind you would want for yourself. Sometimes, however, love is simply not enough, and we have to learn to let go and give the other person some space for things that are important to him/her. Still, it is still up to us to find our way back to the love that we have set aside.
I didn’t realize I was holding my breath at Chapter 15 and after two chapters I was crying my heart out. I was completely overwhelmed. This is such a moving and endearing story, and I am so looking forward to the third book in the series. Congratulations D.F. Jones for another great book!
I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, the Prologue captured my attention from the get-go, and I couldn’t help but want more. I’ve never read a book that had angel involvement like this, and I found that those were my favorite scenes! The sexual content was just enough to show the passion between Jerry and Anna, but not enough to take away from the main storyline.
I feel the way Jones wrote her Angels and Demons really gave them a personality and made me connect with them. I had a love and hate relationship with Mr. Jerry at one point I wanted to smack him upside the head and ask him what the hell was going through that head of his. Before I end this review I just really want to say that I love the friendship, these characters have they really and truly love each other and would do anything to protect their friends. I loved every second of this book and can’t wait to read the next one!
