Parallels

Special Agent Shawn Perry of the FBI is called to Philadelphia to help with a bank robbery case. He quickly realizes there are some unusual circumstances surrounding the robbery, and begins to uncover evidence of murder conspiracies, genocide, and people with unbelievable abilities. Trusted colleagues soon come forward to admit secret connections to the main suspect, Hara, a teenage girl. As Perry uncovers more and more seemingly impossible secrets, he realizes he has walked into a battle between two mysterious societies which have been at war for decades. His investigation eventually uncovers a decades-long secret that will threaten the lives of everyone around him, and force Perry to see the world in a different light.
