Little Purple is a young, warm-hearted purple chicken who faces challenges in her life similar to what many children face.

In Little Purple Loses Her Color, she finds herself with a medical condition where as she starts losing all of her feathers. She was once embarrased having purple feathers, now she would be happy to any feathers at all.

She goes to the doctor to find out what is causing the illness. The doctor explains her condition and tells her that she may or may not get her feathers back. Little Purple is worried. Will her frineds still like her?
