Myles and the Fusion Confusion

Myles really wants to participate in his classroom potluck supper, but he gets lost and can’t find himself. Will Myles find his way and join his classmates in bringing in a dish that represents his family in time for the potluck supper? This is a story about a school aged boy who is challenged with finding his identity due to his multiracial background. It is hoped that this book will be useful in several ways; to encourage young children to embrace their culture(s) at an early age, to promote self-esteem, to expose children to food and cultures that may be unfamiliar to them. Lastly, this is a story about a boy’s emotions and frustration which will resonate to all children regardless of ethnicity. Follow Myles’ fusion confusion journey which ends in his self discovery of being happily fused.
