MEET THE WILSONS. They are a charming and slightly dysfunctional southern American family. It’s winter in Tennessee, just after the holidays, when Mila comes back to Honeybee from London for the first time in two years to be a bridesmaid in her best friend’s wedding. It doesn’t take her long to immerse herself in the chaos that once was her old life. Her adopted brother Richie lands himself in jail, and the rest of the family is left to take care of his daughters, Peyton and Hallie. Her brother Colt is torn between his long-distance relationship with a successful model and the girl next door he met at a dog shelter. Her niece Peyton is as defiant as ever about the new school she has to attend while she’s living with her grandparents. And she just happened to notice something special about Colt’s lifelong best friend, Luke. She is only back in Honeybee for six weeks, but it may be the six weeks that change her life forever.
