Conversational Intelligence @Work is a unique collection of hands-on examples and practical applications for readers seeking to embody the art of Conversational Intelligence(R) (C-IQ). Glaser's Conversational Intelligence(R) (C-IQ) certification courses that were held between 2016 and 2018.
