Retired NYC detective Jack Kane returns and joins forces, once again, with Pennsylvania state police detective Tom Caputo to stop a terrorist cell from exploding a suitcase nuclear bomb in the center of downtown Pittsburgh. If they are not stopped, the president of the United States and the Israeli prime minister, who are in town to speak at a meeting of the National Conference of Christians and Jews, will die.
