A lowercase hell

Starting almost immediately after the events of The Devil's Gunt, we find Median recuperating in a hospital where Dr. Rick is the chief medical officer. Of course, nothing is as it seems especially after he finds out the woman of his dreams is engaged to marry Dr. Rick. Meanwhile, Mary has finally gotten what she wanted most; the perfect relationship and a baby on the way. But after she begins to regret the cost, she decides to take action against the one who granted her blessing. The devil. Praise for TDG!
